What to Include

  1. Send your username.
  2. Send the email address connected to your account, if available.
  3. If you signed in with Google, send the email address for your Google account.
  4. Clearly state that you are requesting your KeeperPal account to be deleted.

Data Retention

Data shared through public social sharing features will be preserved after account deletion. All other data will have a retention period of 3 days after account deletion.
