This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Keeperpal, LLC, a [Your Jurisdiction] corporation ("we," "us," or "our"), and you, the user ("you" or "User"), and governs your use of the Keeperpal mobile application ("App") for health tracking and wellness logging.
"App" means the mobile application provided by us for tracking health metrics and logging wellness activities. "Content" means all text, graphics, images, and other materials within the App. "User Content" means any data or information submitted by Users, such as health logs or wellness entries.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes related to health tracking and wellness logging, subject to these terms. This license does not include rights to modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.
You may use the App to track health metrics (e.g., steps, heart rate, sleep patterns) and log wellness activities (e.g., meditation, exercise, nutrition). The App is intended for individual use only and must comply with applicable health and wellness guidelines.
You agree not to use the App for illegal activities or to harm others; collect or misuse other Users' health data without consent; upload false or misleading health information; or violate health privacy laws or app store policies. Do not use the App as a substitute for professional medical advice; consult healthcare providers for health decisions.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these terms, including misuse of health data. To delete your account, contact support@keeperpal.com and follow the provided steps.
The App and its Content are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute App Content without permission. Users retain ownership of their User Content but grant us a license to use it for App functionality.
You are responsible for your User Content. We may monitor, modify, or remove health logs or wellness entries that violate terms or pose health risks. You warrant that your User Content does not infringe rights or include unauthorized health data. User Content may be anonymized for aggregate health insights, but individual data remains private per our Privacy Policy.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at [link to Privacy Policy]. We collect health and wellness data as described there, and Users should review it for details on data handling, especially under laws like HIPAA if applicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from App use, including health-related outcomes from tracking or logging. We do not guarantee the accuracy of health data or that the App prevents health issues; Users assume risks associated with self-tracking.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim any warranty that the App will meet your health needs or be error-free. No warranty regarding the completeness or accuracy of wellness logs. The App is not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment; seek professional medical help for health concerns.
